speaker, moderator

host for the conversations that matter most

Lianna Adams brings to every stage something rare: the ability to hold complexity and make it human. Drawing on 25+ years across broadcast media, arts curation, Web3, and AI strategy, she translates the most urgent questions of our time about technology, dignity, creativity, and what it means to stay human into conversations that move audiences and move organisations.

She is equally at home delivering a solo keynote, moderating a live panel, or hosting an intimate fireside conversation. She is renowned for creating environments where difficult ideas land safely and honestly and where audiences leave with both clarity and a sense of possibility.

topics Lianna speaks on

AI is accelerating. The question is no longer whether it will change everything it has already begun. The question is what we protect. This keynote explores the irreplaceable capacities that define human cognition, creativity, and connection, and offers a framework for organisations and leaders who want to harness AI without hollowing out what makes them distinctively human.

Ideal for: Corporate leadership conferences, technology summits, innovation forums, HR and people teams.

Grounded in the Human-AI Cognitive Toolkit, this talk examines what happens to our critical thinking, creative agency, and cognitive confidence when we offload too much to AI and what we can do about it. Practical, science-backed, and immediately applicable.

Ideal for: Workforce development, education institutions, corporate wellness programmes, HR leaders.

From online gender-based violence to AI surveillance and data exploitation, our digital lives are increasingly governed by systems that were not designed with human dignity as a first principle. This talk explores what digital dignity means in practice and what organisations, designers, and policymakers must do differently.

Ideal for: Policy forums, women’s rights conferences, NGO and UN events, responsible tech gatherings.

This is not a talk about job losses. It is a talk about what becomes more valuable as AI handles more of our work and how individuals and organisations can cultivate those irreplaceable human qualities intentionally. Inspiring, evidence-based, and forward-looking.

Ideal for: Future of work conferences, leadership summits, educational institutions, creative industries.

If the systems shaping our future are built without diverse voices, the inequalities of the physical world will be encoded into our digital one. This talk examines the specific ways AI is exacerbating gender inequality and what genuine inclusion in AI design and governance requires.

Ideal for: Women’s leadership summits, diversity & inclusion conferences, tech and policy forums.

A half-day or full-day interactive session for leadership teams navigating AI adoption. Using the Human-AI Cognitive Toolkit as a foundation, participants leave with a shared language for discussing AI’s human costs, a set of practical tools for preserving cognitive autonomy, and a draft ‘humanity-first’ charter for their organisation.

Available as: half-day (3hrs), full-day (6hrs), or multi-session series.
