Lianna is part of the Global Mental Health Action Network and United for Global Mental Health group working to raise awareness, reduce stigma and increase support for mental health. She has been holding Weekly Mental Health Check-Ins since October 2021, including holding guided meditation sessions. She serves as N.E.D to 501c3 non-profit Mental Health Collective Spaces with a mission to provide 24/7 peer-to-peer mental health support.
